- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Processing may take longer for customized items, high-volume periods, or if additional verification is needed (e.g., for fraud prevention).
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships, including tracking information where available.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
- We ship via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other partners, selected at our discretion based on item size, weight, and destination.
- For oversized or heavy items (e.g., pool pumps over 50 lbs), freight shipping may be required, which could incur additional fees and longer delivery times.
- Hazardous materials (e.g., pool chemicals like chlorine) are shipped ground-only and comply with applicable regulations; air shipping is not available for these items.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, destination, and selected method.
- Rates are non-refundable and may include handling fees. We reserve the right to adjust rates for remote areas or special handling.
- Free shipping promotions, if offered, apply only to qualifying orders and standard ground shipping within the contiguous U.S.; exclusions may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
4. Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Standard domestic shipping (U.S.) typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.
- Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs (for international orders), or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any such delays.
- For Amazon orders, shipping follows Amazon's timelines and methods if using their fulfillment services.
5. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional fees may apply).
- PO Boxes may be accepted for small items but not for oversized or hazardous products.
- All shipments originate from our facility at 1555 NW 28th St, Miami, FL 33142.
6. International Shipping
- We offer shipping to select international destinations; availability is shown at checkout.
- International orders may take 7-21 business days or more, depending on customs clearance.
- You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any additional fees imposed by your country. We do not cover these costs and cannot predict them.
- Some products (e.g., hazardous chemicals) may not be eligible for international shipping due to regulations.
7. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
- Tracking numbers are provided via email for most shipments. Monitor your order status through the carrier's website.
- Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders at our discretion.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you may be charged for reshipping.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments
- Inspect your package upon arrival. Report any damage, loss, or errors to us at support@hydromax.com within 3 days of delivery, including photos and order details.
- For carrier-damaged items, file a claim directly with the carrier; we will assist where possible but are not liable beyond our Return and Refund Policy.
- If a package is lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier), we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion, minus any restocking fees.
9. Address Accuracy and Changes
- Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
- Address changes after order placement may not be possible; if accommodated, additional fees apply.
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders with suspicious or undeliverable addresses.
