Shipping Info - Pool Equipment and Supplies

1. Local Delivery (South Florida)

Service Areas: Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties

• We offer same-day or next-day delivery for all in-stock items, delivered to your shop or directly to the job site.

• Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 10:00 AM EST qualify for same-day delivery (based on truck availability).

• Job Site Drop-off: Deliveries are made to the designated garage or driveway. Please note that our drivers do not move equipment into backyards, pits, or pump rooms.

2. Export Services (Caribbean & Latin America)

The “Miami Standard” for Our International Partners
As a Miami-based distributor, we specialize in preparing export-ready shipments.

• We do not ship internationally ourselves; instead, we deliver to your chosen Freight Forwarder in the Miami/Doral area.

• Documentation: Each shipment includes a commercial invoice and packing list attached to the order.

• Coordination: Please include your freight forwarder’s Booking Number and Reference in the order notes.

• We obtain a signature from your forwarder as Proof of Delivery (POD).

3. Domestic Shipping (USA)

For customers outside South Florida, we ship via UPS Ground or LTL Freight, depending on package size and weight.

A. Small Parcel (Parts, Chemicals, Cleaners)

• Carriers: UPS or FedEx Ground

• Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

• Handling Time: Ships within 24 hours

B. Heavy Freight (Heaters, Pumps, Filters)

• Carriers: R&L Carriers, SAIA, or Southeastern Freight Lines

• Estimated LTL Rates:

  • Florida (outside South Florida): $85–$120 per pallet

  • Southeast USA: $150–$200 per pallet

  • National: Calculated at checkout

• Lift Gate Service: If no forklift or loading dock is available, a $75 lift gate fee will apply.

4. Warehouse Pickup (Will Call)

Pick up your order directly from our Miami warehouse.

• Cost: FREE

• Ready Time: Available within 1 hour of placing your order

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Requirements: Please bring your Order ID and a valid photo ID
